I called RIC to investigate my backed up yard drain tile that was collecting water. I made it very clear to their office that I had no detailed information about the system or the location of any cleanouts. Despite this, they sent out a crew who spent exactly 14 minutes on-site from when I received their phone call to when they left. Their "solution" was to suggest I put down some topsoil and then charged me $81 for essentially doing nothing. When I asked about the price they said because they offered advice on a solution (adding topsoil) it was still considered a service. Be sure you know exactly what the issue is and how to resolve it before calling them, as it’s apparent they’ll make no real attempt to help but will still charge you for their landscaping advice. Extremely disappointed with the lack of effort and value provided.

Scott and crew are the best. In the past I’ve lived in Lockport to Mayville and used quite a few plumbing services. These guys were recommended to me via a former coworker and now I won’t call anyone else. Not expensive, not cheap, but hands down the best.

I needed to have my sump pump drain to the street and my sewer line cleaned because of old big tree roots in it. My plumber recommended RIC plumbing for the job. I had no plumbing working in my home and they immediately came out gave a quote and started the work the next day. They had tons of equipment and hard workers and did an amazing job very quickly. Scott was great & has an amazing crew! I highly recommend them! Thank you RIC plumbing for getting me back up and running! 🙏

Our kitchen sink was backed up and wouldn’t drain. We had another company come and try to snake it out but they couldn’t get it to drain. They finally found out that there was an issue with the pipes in our crawl space and they needed to be replaced. They provided a quote that seemed extremely expensive and couldn’t do the work for 7-10 days. I called RIC and they came out same day and gave us a quote for much less than the other place and were able to get the job done that same day! Can’t thank them enough!! I should’ve called them first, and will from now on! Highly recommend!!

2/2/23 My kitchen sink has not worked over a month. A previous company came out 4 times and was not able to fix it. RIC plumbing accomplished in one visit what the other couldn't do in 4. Very thankful for Bernie fixing the sink. He was tenacious, professional and able to communicate the price and the process. I would highly recommend.

Task- replace non-funtioning residential sump pump drain system. Worked with Liz to schedule an estimate with Bernie and then schedule the job. Ben, Nate and Noah arrived, explained details of the job and answered my many questions. They worked very efficiently finishing in half a day. I highly recommend this company and this crew.

I called and had a crew come out and snake our sewer line. No rate was mentioned on the phone or at the door. Service was friendly and quick, as I already diagnosed the issue but didn’t have the tools to resolve the issue. I received a bill for $400 plus tax. They weren’t at my house more than an hour. I called and talked to Scott and he mentioned $400 is the standard rate if they need to come into the home. He offered to knock off the sales tax. I won’t be calling them in the future.
